For the data collected on this site and when you create your account, the data controller is Gad Digital.
For the data of your own guests (orders, reviews), your restaurant decides the purposes: Gad Digital then acts on your behalf, as a processor, to run the platform.
| Context | Data | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form | Restaurant name, contact name, email, phone, type and size of restaurant, country, number of locations, preferred plan, preferred subdomain, message | Answer your request and prepare onboarding support or the quote |
| Account creation and management | Contact identity, contact details, restaurant information, configuration data | Provide and administer the service |
| Use of the platform | Menus, orders, available payments, customer reviews, restaurant activity | Run Digi Resto and Écho for your restaurant |
| Visit statistics (with your consent) | Page views and site usage measured via Google Analytics | Measure traffic and improve the site |
The contact form includes an invisible anti-robot protection field; it is not intended to collect any data about you.
Your data is accessible to the Gad Digital teams who need it and to our technical providers (hosting, email, audience measurement, payment), who are required to ensure an appropriate level of protection. We do not sell your data.
It is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose pursued: the time needed to handle your request for a prospect, the duration of the contract plus the statutory periods for a customer. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, as well as its portability, under the conditions set by the applicable regulations.
To exercise your rights, write to [email protected]. We may ask you to prove your identity. You may also contact the data protection authority of your country.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. As no system is infallible, we invite you to protect your credentials and to report any incident to us.
