Gad Digital, reachable by email and by phone.
Account, content, availability: the rules of the game in a few paragraphs.
Plans follow your country’s catalogue; the Enterprise plan is on quote.
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
The digi-resto.com website and the Digi Resto platform are published by Gad Digital.
The publication director is the legal representative of Gad Digital.
The Digi Resto name, its logo, the visual identity, the texts, the images and the screenshots shown on the site are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.
The screenshots on the site use demo data: they do not represent a customer’s restaurant.
They apply to browsing the site and to using the Digi Resto platform.
Digi Resto brings together the digital menu, orders, available payment methods, customer feedback and the activity of a restaurant in a single platform. The restaurant’s guests access it from their browser, with no app to install.
Creating an account is reserved for people authorised to act on behalf of the restaurant concerned. The information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.
It is prohibited to divert the platform from its purpose, to attempt to disrupt its operation, to access data not intended for you or to publish unlawful content on it.
We use reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing that it will be uninterrupted. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in the event of an incident. Features evolve: some may depend on your country or on the plan you choose.
The payment methods offered to your guests depend on the country and on the configuration of your restaurant. Multi-site capabilities depend on the plan you choose.
Gad Digital is responsible for providing the platform within the limits set by law and by the applicable contract. Écho provides analyses and trends based on customer feedback: they help you decide, but do not replace your judgement.
Gad Digital is not liable for interruptions or errors attributable to third-party services, in particular payment and telecommunication operators.
Plans and their prices are those of the catalogue of the selected country, displayed in the Pricing section of the site or during sign-up. If no price is displayed for your country, it is shared with you on request. The Enterprise plan is priced on quote, according to your organisation.
The subscription is taken out for the period and at the frequency stated in the chosen plan (monthly, or annual where offered). Payment and billing terms are specified at the time of subscription. Any price change is notified before it applies.
Our team can help you set up your restaurant, load your menu and prepare your launch. This service is optional and complements your subscription. For the Enterprise plan, the scope, the timeline and the associated services (tailored rollout, Écho support) are defined with you during a scoping session, then confirmed in the quote.
You may request the termination of your subscription in accordance with the terms of the contract or of the plan subscribed, by writing to our team. At the end of the subscription, access to paid features is disabled; you may request the retrieval of your data within a reasonable period.
We may update these terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page: 5 October 2026. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you through the usual channels.
Unless a mandatory provision or a specific clause of the contract states otherwise, these terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of Gad Digital. We invite you to write to us first to seek an amicable solution.
